I could hire a gas heater for a small fortune, there was only plastic provided, and the pod had some lovely lake views. It was like a BBQ heaven!
Oh, and the only downside was. well, there was nothing terrible, really.

Beautiful lake setting, well-kept. Clean pod with nearby shower/toilet facilities. First fish caught, partner thrilled with a 29lb mirror. Very friendly staff, will return. 😊

The communication before checking in was excellent, and Gary even called on the morning of my arrival to provide all the necessary information. the setting of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a well-kept lake that added to the overall charm. the Pod itself was great, clean and tidy upon arrival, and the shower and toilet facilities were conveniently located nearby. the friendly staff made me feel welcome, and I even had a successful fishing experience during my stay. I'll definitely be back!
The breakfast options could have been more varied.

The room at The Hideaway Pod was cozy and inviting, with a rustic charm that made me feel right at home. It had a relaxing vibe that helped me unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Personally, I would have preferred if bedding was provided. But hey, I understand that some people might enjoy bringing their own, so it's just my opinion!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the Hideaway Pod for our fishing trip. Gary called us on the morning of our arrival to provide all the necessary information. The setting of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a well-maintained lake on site. The Pod itself was great, and Matt had done a great job cleaning it before our arrival. The shower and toilet facilities were just a short walk away. We were thrilled to catch our first fish, and my partner even caught a 29lb mirror! The staff were very friendly throughout our stay, and we will definitely be back. xx

I recently stayed at the Hideaway Pod for a weekend fishing trip, and it was fantastic! Gary called on the morning of my stay to ensure I had all the necessary information. The setting was absolutely beautiful, with a well-kept lake. The Pod itself was great, and it was spotlessly clean upon arrival thanks to Matt. The shower and toilet facilities were conveniently located nearby. To top it off, I had my first fishing experience and my partner caught a whopping 29lb mirror. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we can't wait to return.
I highly recommend this hotel.
